| After installed a new cartridge, the printer cannot identify and nothing can be printed. Why? |

Reasons :
- The print head is dry or blocked or damaged
- The sealing label may not yet be removed
- Touching the chip on the cartridge by hand or dust on chip surface
- Chip on cartridge is not fully in line with printer
- The cartridge may be filled with air during installation
Solutions :
- Run the self-cleaning program (please read the printer user manual for details) at least 2-3 times
- Remove the sealing label completely to let air enter the cartridge for normal printing
- Use dry cloth or tissue to clean the chip and reinstall the cartridge
- Take out the cartridge and reinstall again
- Clean the print head and clear the bubbles by running the self-cleaning program |
